He’s Danish, he’s stylish, and he’s got worldwide appeal – just like BoConcept. That’s why Mads Mikkelsen, who’s known for his chilling performance as Le Chiffre in the James Bond film Casino Royale, was chosen for the lead role in The Call, an original BoConcept production celebrating timeless style.

Mads Mikkelsen is possibly the most popular actor in Denmark. Since playing Le Chiffre in the James Bond movie Casino Royale and winning the Best Actor award in Cannes 2012 for his role in the renowned Danish film The Hunt, he has achieved worldwide recognition. His latest performance in the film The Salvation received standing ovations when screened in Cannes in 2014, and many TV viewers around the world can right now enjoy him in the lead role of the hit series Hannibal.

Malin Buska co-stars in The Call and has enjoyed great success in theater and on film in Sweden, including the films Happy End and Snabby Cash. Buska received the Rising Star award at the Stockholm International Film Festival in 2011.
